Too many variation problem

Hello,

I have a problem with product variations. I have 4 attributes on 1 product.

Example:
a: 22
b: 17
c: 14
d: 2

It’s 10472 variations.

When I will creating all variation on my product, console say me 500 internal error. And can’t all variations creating.

I googled all pages and woocommerce forums, tried .htaccess deleted and new create, all plugins deactive, change my theme to standart theme, change php.ini configuration and all codes but I can’t find a solution.
