Unable to Receive New order Emails

    I am using Mailgun with Post SMTP. Everything is setup and tested but I am not receiving any new order email even my customers aren’t receiving as well. They are receiving emails for account creations, and order status changes. log shows all the other email but not the order emails. I am using divi theme.

  • What SMTP service do you use?

    do you use a “from” email address different from the one configured?
    do you see failed entries in the email log of “new order”?

    I used Mailgun. I tried with default hosting SMTP as well.
    Both emails are same, Haven’t seen any error in log file.
    I am not receiving emails for new woocommerce orders nor my customers. If I update any order status then it sends the email and show in the emails log.

    I am using your other plugin ‘WP SMTP’ in 5 other websites for more than 3 years and getting emails smoothly. When I test my settings with this one it also passed the test. But the problem is same, Woocommmerce orders.

    This problem sounds identical to mine. Can you please share the resolution here?
