• YITH has made it clear to me through our communications that they don’t care about my experience as a customer. After making an accidental purchase, they refused to give me a refund even though I haven’t even used the product. I used to think YITH was a top-notch company, but my agency will not be using their products in the future. I am very upset about this.

    Hi Aaron,
    we are really sorry to read about your dissatisfaction.
    Unfortunately, as we discussed before, our Refund Policy does not convert refunds for automatic renewals.
    You can still use your subscription until the expiry date, as you’ve paid for it.

    Yea, like I said, you just have a bad business policy. I’ve already stopped using all YITH products on the 25+ WordPress installations I manage. Very happy to stop supporting bad business.
