E-Mails fail initially (at least for foreign languages)

    I found there is an issue with e-mail notifications. Subject and Body are empty until the admin updates the setting from backend.

    This may be a side effect of missing translations, since the config has not been stored and also there is no translation to German available. Though, saving the english default text solved the e-mail issue eventually.

    BTW, will we get an updated POT file someday? I’ve asked for this half a year ago.
