How to set label for=”” on acceptance checkboxes

I’m struggling to make my form fully accessible. I didn’t came across any problems setting labels for text and email input fields but I can’t use the same technique for acceptance checkbox, it doesn’t seem to work. I think the problem is that the acceptance tag is already wrapped into a <label> tag by default. I’ve been looking the docs and couldn’t find any technique to make this label for the acceptance id. Is there any workaround or an alternate technique to make this work?
