CF7 version 3 recaptcha not working (5.1.1)

I have latest contact form7 plugin and enabled recaptcha version 3 for contact forms.
For every form submission it shows error and mark submission as spam.

can you help me with this issue,
I have google-captcha plugin enabled for login and registration with version 2, i have tried with disabling it but still c7 submission marks as spams.
