replacing plugin – WP Gallery Custom Links

  • We have been using the plugin, WP Gallery Custom Links since we created our WP site. We have galleries of dogs we have assisted, and each photo then links to the dog’s specific story.

    Per the plugin page, “This plugin was closed on January 6, 2019 and is no longer available for download. Reason: Author Request.”

    Is there another plugin that folks would recommend to replace WP Gallery Custom Links? Something there another plugin that will 1) replace WP Gallery Custom Links and 2) carry over the links that we already have set?

  • Just because the author chose to close it doesn’t mean you can’t still use it.
    If it works, what’s the problem?
