DIfferent image for each screen size breakpoint

I want to use a different header image design for the largest screen size 1140 than the smaller screen sizes. My header has text, so I want to make a header design where the text is on 2 lines and a larger font size for smaller screen sizes, and the text on a single line and smaller font size for largest screen sizes 1140 and up. Is that possible with this theme?
