Custom Attributes in Property Overview

I am trying to add some custom attributes in my property overview. I have read the instructions and I have got no where; what am I doing wrong?

I have copied the code from static > views > property_overview.php edited according to the guidance and placed it into themes > wp-avalon > templates

As you can see on this page https://cetacousin.org/marine-facilities only title and type appears.

I would love it to look like all the others but instead of having bathroom / bedrooms, have species & native name, and to show the address under the table.

PS I have both custom attributes for address & build in ones with different names
