Great plug in Amazing Support

I was using Duplicator but now they have gone all complicated and made it impossible to use without paying their licence fee I was looking for an alternative to change hosting on my sites.
Tried this one and although a couple more steps than Duplicator was much easier and straight forward. I had a moment where I had not checked the .htaccess file for errors and these chaps could not do enough to help fix a minor image issue. Responses were within a couple of minutes and the level of understanding at the other end was second to none. I will use this plug in always now. Knowing that it is a robust and well working plug in and that should anything happen, they have your back to fix it. Amazing. I can not recommend this enough.
