“Disable Group Threads” is checked but not working

  • Hello,
    I need some help of you please!

    I use BP Better Messages in my website and I have a problem when chat is started. I try to start new conversation with X person, if before that I have accessed another conversation with Y person but did’t write anything for Y, in chat with X is automatically added Y and created a group with all 3 (me, X and Y).

    I don’t need to create chat group never. In admin “Disable Group Threads” is checked but not working.

    How I can fix that?
