    Hello,
My “My Account” page doesn’t include the links to “My tickets” and “Open a support ticket” links. Do you know why?

    Hello @taurul,

Is this a new install for you? If it’s a brand new install, it would be ideal to re-install since you may have missed adding your menu links to the menu. (The installer does this for you with a prompt). Otherwise, you can manually add links to the “my tickets” and “submit ticket” pages. Look in your pages list to find the pages that you have set up to both submit ticket and list your tickets. You can manually setup menu items to link to those pages. If those pages don’t exist, it may be because of an interrupted install. If the install was interrupted, then it is ideal to re-install.

I’ll mark this thread as resolved, based on the information to troubleshoot above. But should you have any follow up questions, I will be happy to follow-on with more help.

    Hi @taurul,

To set the menu link in your account page manually, you will need to their edit the menu that is used by that page, add a menu to that page, or manually add the links to that page (if a menu doesn’t fit with your design). Your URL for those pages can be found in your pages list inside WordPress.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Hi @taurul,

From the “appearance”->”menu” section of your WordPress admin, you should see a menu which contains the elements (links) you’ve listed in your message above. By editing that menu, you should find that the my-account page is updated. If it is not, then you may have an incorrect my-account page (missing the shortcode to call the my account page). Let me know if you have any questions about the above.
