edit in text (html) mode

I have WP 4.9.10, OneSignal 1.16.16, and Yoast 9.7.
I cannot edit in text (html) mode, only in visual mode (classic editor).
I have the error:

“notice.js” is yours, “wp-data-970.min.js” and “wp-seo-post-scraper-970.min.js” are from Yoast, so I started disabling both plugins, one at a time. Later I changed the version of both plugins, until I found a combination that works.

The problem started with your version 1.16.14 or 1.16.15, not sure which one, I did not noticed the error soon. I went back to your version 1.3, this is the only one that be downloaded.
