Excellent Plugin For Building Mobile Ready Forms

Used the free version for building several fairly complex mobile ready forms on a client website. We have processed over 90 event registration forms containing multiple fields, check boxes, and text areas without a hitch. The plugin made these forms very simple to build and administer.
