Good form but dont expect any support

I`m using free plugin for now but normally before I upgrade, I want to see that everything works for the free version and the author is responsive. If this is not working, I would not upgrade. In case of that plugin, I felt that there is no option to get answer (even no pre-sale communication is available) to my questions. Thats sad. But nice features for the form if you get them working.
