4.0.9 fails to send Post notifications

    — Just FYI —
    I am on WP v5.1.1, running your free Email Subscribers & Newsletters v4.0.9.

    New Post notification is not working for me on this configuration and I spent quite a time before finding out the cause is not on “my back-yard” (wrong set-up or so).

    Can you please check whether emails are in queue or not? You can check it from Email Subscribers > Reports section.

    I too am having this issue all of a sudden with this version. There is no report and no emails in queue.

    Answering your above question: No, there is no report and no emails in queue.

    Today I’ve updated to v4.0.10. That completely removed the widged from the web (the front-end). Too bad! I reverted to v3.5.18. On my staging web all was fine from that moment. The widget showed up with custom CSS and my notification test turned out well, notifications got triggered.
    .
    Unfortunately on my production web the widged did not come back, I had to add it. Its custom design is gone. Got to get it back manually.

    (The web is on Extra template from Elegant Themes – in case it matters.)

    Post notification still not working for me in 4.0.10.

    Also I sent you a support ticket and didn’t receive any answer.

    @maxbdx Since we launched ES 4.0, we are receiving lots of support tickets. We are responding in order. You will definitely get the response (if you haven’t received yet) from our end.
