No redirect after registration – no conflict found

Hello,
can’t find a way to make working Ultimate Member registration after update.
No conflict found with others plugin or theme. No cache plugins installed. No error on my console. Users are registered on wordpress but none of theme is currently appearing on “Pending review” or “Approved”.

Before updating to WordPress 5.1.1 I tried to make it work with 4.9 last version.
