    We are getting some reports of users unable to update their rules.

    It seems that the rules are updating, so you can double check if this is the case by looking at the timestamp of /wp-content/wflogs/rules.php.

    You can dismiss that warning, and if the message does not dismiss, you may need to deactivate/reactivate Wordfence for that message to go away.

    Yes have done this. Also uninstalled and cleared database the reinstalled.

    Still the same situation!
