Hey @rpdecker,
Again sorry for the troubles. After updating our plugin beyond 2.4.9 and clearing our plugins cache are you also clearing any other caching plugins you may have installed? If so maybe try deleting the app on facebook and re fetching a new access token.

Let’s see if it fixes the problem:

1. Please login to your Facebook account and check the box for SlickRemix and then click the Remove button.

2. Now go to the Facebook Options page of our plugin and click the button to get a new Access Token and click Save All Changes at the bottom of the page.
3. Delete the cache from the Settings > Global Options tab of our plugin Feed Them and any other caching plugins you may have active.
4. Refresh Page.

I have done everything you listed without any luck! I can verify that it is the shortcode that seems to be causing the issue for me. I tried to refresh the page before I even had a new access code in place. Even without a connection to Facebook, the page containing the shortcode was still broken. What else can we try?

Can you put this feed on an example page so I can see what exactly it is doing to the site layout?

Also a last effort try disabling all other plugins but ours and see if the problem persists.
