    Hi, I have updated my WordPress to 5.1.1 recently. However, there’s no issue with the plugin until today. I cannot edit/view the tickets submitted by my client. When I reply to the ticket, it will show “the link you followed has expired”. May I know why does this happen?

    Hello @yennee,

    To clarify: when you updated to 5.1.1, it was working, and then later on (after some time, or possible other changes) the issue you described started happening? If you disable all other plug-ins and then re-try viewing submitted tickets, does the issue still happen? It seems like another plug-in (that was recently updated) may be causing this issue by conflicting.

    If that doesn’t yield an answer, it may be helpful to enable the debug mode to find more details about the issue.
