Advanced tab not loading

    Hi,
    I’m using latest version of WP Astra theme with latest version of Elementor Free version, the advanced tab is not loading, it is blank. Here is the screenshot https://i.imgur.com/Za2Eufl.png, this is happening with since 3 updates, I have not changed any plugins or configuration. This happens with every other widgets. However if I downgrade to 2.4.x version, advanced tab appears. I have setup this site in my local machine.

  • First, clear all cache (server, any cache plugin you might be using, and your browser cache). Also try in an incognito browser as well. If that doesn’t help:

    1. Deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, then reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
    2. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Seventeen.
