Unable to delete respondent’s results

    Delete respondent\’s results with ease

    Actual
    1 responsdent\’s result cannot be deleted

    Stept to repeat
    When I click Trash for one of the respondent\’s results, the entire page become white blank. I need to press back button on browser to get back to Dashboard

    @mycommax looks like a bug in your install (other plugins/theme) or environment (web-server/php settings).

    Enable WP_DEBUG to see the actual error, that now hides from you on white screen.

    myacademy.mycomgroup.net is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    I tried disable all plugin except this plugin. Same problem. Tried change theme as well, same issue. Only ONE respondent’s result cannot be deleted. There rest can. What should I try next? Pls advice.

    HTTP ERROR 500

    Is not tells us something about the real error.

    Then real error hides in logs. Contatc your hsoting for getting it out.

    When we will see real error message — it will be clear what to do.
