504 Gateway Time-out error

Hello there,

After installing the plugin when I go to Payments -> COD -> Manage It loads slowly and is throwing out 504 Gateway Timeout error

I Have setup around 100 Shipping zones does that effect anyway. as I read it somewhere in another thread, Also the site is hosted on Dedicated cloud hosting
