add a percentage amount to the order

    Hi there, for some kind of payment methods, for example PayPal, I would like to add a percentage amount to the order.
    For example, if somebody buys a product and is paying with wired transfer, he is paying the regular price.
    If somebody buys a product and is paying with PayPal, he will have to pay the regular price plus 4%.
    Is this possible and how can I do this ?
