Elementor Gutenberg conflict?

I noticed today that, suddenly, clicking certain options on my dashboard only brought up a blank screen. After some experimentation I discovered that it was specifically the links to edit posts, pages, etc… anything with edit.php?post_type= in the link.

After further experimentation I discovered that this only happens when I have both the Elementor and Gutenberg plugins activated at the same time. This has never been an issue before today. Is this a known issue?
