    Hello,

I use loco translate for translating Woocommerce Subscriptions and Woocommerce Subscription Gifting but my translations does not show.

Site language and my users languages are both set to Lithuanian. The language that I`m trying to translate the website.

At the beginning I thought that this is due child theme but switching to parent theme and updating pot. file does not solve the issue.

Example of strings I`m trying to translate are:
    Recipient’s Email Address:
    for 1 year

The child theme that I`m using is child theme demo that I downloaded from Oceanwp website.

Any suggestions how to fix this issue are very welcome.

    Kind Regards,
    Steponas

  • Hello,

Can you link to the page where you have these text? I visited on your site and didn’t see the issue. Did you clear cache to view the site?

    Hello,

Thank you for your reply. I am not using any caching plugins on the website right now. I tried opening the page on different browsers. It seems that translations for Woocommerce Subscriptions started to show up however it`s still not present for Woocommerce Subscriptions Gifting. In order to see this text you need to go here:
    1. https://29spalvos.lt/uzsakymas/
    2. click on one of the products
    3. mark the box :Pirkti kaip dovan?
    4. now you should be able to see the text that I`m not able to translate: Recipient’s Email Address

    Kind Regards,
    Steponas

I managed to get translations to show by saving .mo .po files to wp-content/langugages/plugins instead of wp-content/langugages/loco/plugins

Glad to hear that it is fixed!
