Contatc Forms – Login

Hi.

I just updated reCAPTCHA v2 to v3. But I think https://hri.ca/contact/ is not working, as now these fields are empty:

– API Key: <blank>
– App Secret: <blank>
– Redirect URI: https://hri.ca/wp-admin/?auth=constant_contact

I’m trying to login to https://login.constantcontact.com/login to get the two missing fields above, but I can’t login because the I don’t know what email address was used to register Contact Forms 7 many years ago by someone else. Nor to I know the Username. So I’m not sure what to do.

Stuck. Help.
