    Hi,

I have a shop where I offer Free shipping for orders above 40€. How can I exclude Printful products from qualifying for free shipping?

I still want to allow free shipping if customer orders 40€ worth of products that I will ship.

    Is this possible?

  • Hey Sami,

    Thank you for your question!
You can add free shipping as a flat rate on WooCommerce for orders reaching over 40€ and only enable it for non-Printful products.

You can read more on this in the WooCommerce free shipping guide here.

If you do offer free shipping as a flat rate for Printful products, we will apply the cheapest shipping rate for these orders on our side by default.

    Hi

Thank you for the answer. However I can’t find any documentation on how I could exclude Printful products from qualifying for free shipping when they are in cart simultaneously with my other products that I ship myself?

Say I provide set free shipping on orders worth 40€. If I have one 20€ item in cart that I ship and one 20€ Printful item in cart it still gives free shipping option to the customer for the order.

Can you clarify how I can exclude Printful products from applying to the 20€ limit that allows free shipping?

    Hey Sami,

If you are using the Printful live rates, make sure that you have checkmarked the option to “Disable Woo shipping rates for PF products” in the Printful plugin‘s settings.
If you are only using WooCommerce flat rates, you would need an advanced shipping plugin that would help you manage this.
