Warning on Pixel Helper

    Hello,

    Pixel Helper keeps showing me this warning “facebook_pixel_did_not_load_description” on every session.

    I also noticed facebook stopped reporting events like viewcategory and purchases.

  • Hi guys, I’m getting a warning message on my fb pixel helper. The icon is blue (activated) but there are 2 warning messages… which is:

    WARNINGS
    We detected event code but the pixel has not activated for this event, so no information was sent to Facebook. This could be due to an error in the code, but could also occur if the pixel fires on a dynamic event such as a button click.

    With that said… I’ve copied the fb pixel code – made the installation process again – and I noticed that the only discrepancy is that at the end of the js code, when I click on update/save… the code </script> disappears.

    Not sure if that is the issue though, but it’s the only different thing I’ve noticed…

    Can you guys help me find the answer to that?
