Emails from third woocommerce plugins are ignored

  • Hi,
    I have an auction plugin for woocommerce called “WooCommerce Simple Auctions”, that generates emails like bid-notifications or something like auction ends. The problem is that the emails are not displayed in the “email-type” list in the Kadence email designer. That means the emails have the standard design. Is there a way to add this emails to the plugin?

  • Hey,
    We have built-in hooks and filters so that other plugins could add support. And we are taking suggestions from users for plugins that we can add support ourselves for. For example, we already support woocommerce subscription emails.

    In terms of styling if your addon plugin is sending emails through the woocommerce email functions then the styling should already be affecting those emails. Just because you can’t preview the emails doesn’t mean they are not being styling.

    If your emails are not being styled then I don’t know that we would even look to add support for that plugin because it likely means it’s not sending the emails through woocommerce mail functions.
