Submit button is missing

    I am using the WooCommerce Storefront theme and Ninja Forms. For some reason the submit button is missing. I do not believe I added any kind of styling to hide that and when I inspect the code, I don’t see any kind of output for a submit button. Can you help me figure out what’s going on?

    It does not appear that you have added a submit button field to your form.
