Can you please explain why would you need more?

this is very useful tools and for me it is not only for adsense but for other purposes.. can I get some or maybe unlimited blocks with this plugin?

Not possible but also not needed.
Even for large websites 96 blocks (ad positions) should be more than enough.

You still haven’t explained what are your needs.
