User not approved when “Approve” is clicked

    Hello,

    I would like to use this simple plugin, but when a new user is registered, i see it in “Unapproved” but can’t approve it. Clicking on “Approve” reload the page “users.php?action=wpau_update&count=0&role=wpau_unapproved” and display this message “0 users approved.”

    The new user is still on a light yellow background.

    WP Approve User Version 6.
    Tested with WordPress 5.1.1 and WordPress 5.1.0.
    Setting>General : User registrations activated.

    Hm, not sure what’s happening there. Is there any further information in your PHP error log? Does it work when you don’t filter by uanpproved users?

    Hello,
    I turned off every plugin, the result is the same.
    Nothing wrong in debug mode, nor in the log file.
    When trying to approve from all users, the result is the same : it loads the page, display “0 users approved.” and the new user to approve is yellowed :/

    I’m sorry I can’t be more helpful, but I’m unable to reproduce that error on my end. ??

    Have you tried deactivating and deleting the plugin and re-installing it?
    Is this the first user you approved or has it worked in the past?
    Do you approve them through the bulk action dropdown or through the inline link?

    I’ve just installed your plugin for the first time and am having the same experience as sebastienod. I have noticed I can unapprove users fine, it’s approving them that is not currently working for me.

    We also got the same problem! It works before, and now you cannot approve the users anymore.
