    Hi,

    Running Wordpres 5 and PHP 7.2, the plugin does not count correct anymore, it’s like it’s stalled in the widget.

    Also using WP Statistics, and it counts correctly. What can I debug to get to that problematic area? ??

    Hi @twister5800,

    It’s OK, I already read your comment on the other thread. We can continue the discussion here.

    I can’t check your site nor the screenshots you shared though. I currently have limited Internet access due to power issues in my country (currently writing from my phone).

    With that out of the way, let’s get back on topic. It seems you’re not using a caching plugin on your site so I guess this is probably a configuration issue. Please:

    1. Go to Settings > WordPress Popular Posts > Tools.
    2. Under Data, is Data Caching set to Enable Caching? If so, what settings are you using with Refresh cache every?
    3. Go to Appearance > Widgets. Expand the WPP widget to access its settings. What is Time Range set to?

    Alright, Internet access just got restored (yay!) and just had a look at your site. This is the problem:

    REST API access restricted

    You need to allow WPP access to the REST API for the plugin to work.
