User Level Reports and Easy Customer Search

I’m beta testing your product and it looks very good.
A few issues I’ve found are
1. User Level to run reports, typical client can use author or editor for employees to add invoices but all I see for reports are ADMIN area. So employees need to be able to run reports without admin privileges.
2. While with a small amount of clients the drop down is okay, but most invoices use a search box to find a client to then select not the whole user database. If a business has thousand or even hundreds of users/clients, the way you are setup is hard to navigate.
3. I assume invoice templates can be edited since right now the invoices are way too big, they take up half a page with From and To info so only a couple of items can be added without the invoice running into multiple pages, so a template predone with much smaller type fonts would allow typical users to fit say 10 or even 15 lines in an invoice of 1 page.
4. I’m also interested in a white label deal, so please get in touch.
Excellent job thus far, but to be practical in use for businesses, these are the concerns.
