tumblr share link is wrong

I was wondering if this was getting updated anytime soon to include the correction to the tumblr share link. Currently it is going to:

https://tumblr.com/share?s=&v=3&t=<title>&u=<link>

and is being summarily rejected as a bad request. The proper way to do it according to their docs is:

https://tumblr.com/widgets/share/tool?canonicalUrl=<link>

this being the bare minimum to achieve what you were doing before but the change is needed to continue making it work, because as is now, it is broken.
