My products have size attributes such as:

    24″ x 48″ | 48″ x 48″

Each size has a different price associated with it.

I have noticed on several of my orders (not all), that on the order details page, the sizes appear as 24\” x 48\”. This causes the price to alter and the customer ends up paying less for the order because of this bug.

It seems like the \ character is added as an escape character, but it doesn’t happen every time. Is it not possible to have a ” symbol in my attributes or what can I do to prevent this bug from happening?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Sorry for the delay on this one.

I don’t believe what you are seeing is standard with WooCommerce. Just to test this out I created a product with the attribute as you described.

As you can see it displays properly. You may want to check your setup to see if anything with your theme or installed plugins may be causing this to display differently on your site.
