Enqueue CSS only in WordPress admin and logged in users

Hi,

Is there a reason why the plugin enqueues the hide-updates.css also on the front-end? Wouldn’t it be more logical if it would be the case only when is_admin()?

An anonymous user has to download the file even if he won’t ever need it.
Those are a few bytes that I wish we could spare.

Any thoughts?
