    Good Day Guys!

We’ve run into a problem on our Woocommerce store where our customers are not able to view their orders when they have placed an order themselves, though when an order is created manually for the customer through the admin dashboard these orders are then viewable.

These orders are still viewable through the admin dashboard, though the customers “My Account” section says “No order has been placed – Go Shop” unless I’m manually creating the order myself on the dashboard.

It has been present for a while, and I have tried some forms of troubleshooting to see what the cause could be. I’ve disabled all plugins (Except Woocommerce, obviously), changed themes, though unfortunately I don’t see any articles or forums with people facing any similar issue. So I’m unable to dig further myself here.

If any logs or statistics are required to assist, please do let me know and I will gladly provide them.

    Kind Regards
    Seam

    Hi dnastone!

I’m sorry to hear you’re facing the same problem! :/

Have you been able to come up with any conclusions on your side just yet?

If you are able to fix this, I would highly appreciate it if you let me know how, too. As we’ve had this issue for a little over a month now.

    Regards
    Sean

i installed an error plugin but i have no errors.
i’m using the plugin germanized, maybe it depends to this plugin.

germanized are not the problem. when i deactivate it, the problem still exisits.

anyone an idea why this happen?

Yes I have narrowed it down to no themes / plugins causing this error, unless the code they had implemented is sticking around to conflict even when they are deactivated. I’m honestly not sure what the cause is, so I am hoping someone out there may be able to assist us.

    hello,

the problem created the yoast local SEO plugin.

    Hi @dnastone,

I understand you were able to find the culprit plugin, Yoast local SEO plugin, that was causing the orders in My Account to not show?

@seanbremner, do you have that plugin as well?

If you’re still having issues not seeing the orders even after deactivating all your plugins, please clear any server, browser and plugin cache you may have.

yes the yoast local SEO plugin creates this problem.
yoast already know this and they are working on a fix.
