    Hello!

Thank you for the plugin! I will consider pro version, too, soon!

    A couple questions:

#1) How many minutes does a person have before they move into “abandoned” status? For example, we only want to send a special offer email through MailChimp if they truly have left the cart page, not if they are still waiting on the cart page deciding (for example, the page is open for 20 mins on their browser because they received a work phone call, etc.)

#2) We have a page where we have 3 products for checkout and the person is able to change their product selection at checkout on the checkout page. When they change this product selection, we find that the phone number is recorded properly, however, the email and first and last name are mysteriously not recorded in this case (or they are erased – only the phone number is saved). Any ideas on this? The page is: .. again, no problem if the product is the first $199.95 product selected – in this case, all fields are captured.

    Thanks again!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @zoomsan

    Thanks for reaching out.
Let me provide additional details on your questions:

    1) The cart is considered as abandoned if the user doesn’t do anything with the cart or does not checkout after 60 minutes. And if you are using the Pro version, you will be able to send out an automated abandoned cart recovery email via MailChimp where you are able to choose after what period of time should you be sending it out (1 hour, 2 hours, 6 hours etc.). So you can easily customise this via MailChimp.

    2) On the 2nd question – it is important to note that you have a custom setup over at the Checkout page since by default WooCommerce does not allow to make any changes to the cart in the Checkout form. So it could be related to but it is hard to tell exactly what could be the issue from the frontend. I can only see that on the frontend my input data is remembered if I change the product and then reload the page.
