Why after clicking the submit button does my site scrolls to the top ?

    Hello,

    There appears to be some sort of glitch or conflict between my themes coding and the mailchimp plugin. After submitting the name and email address, it scrolls to the top and then pops back down to the input fields where it then displays the message. Why does this happen and is there a solution to fixing this?

    Hey Darius,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Please note that the free version of our plugin which I presume you are using does not have “AJAX” support. So when a user submits the form, the entire page is reloaded which is why it scrolls from top to bottom after the page loads.
