If you enabled “Attach Media” option on “Review Reminder” tab in the plugin’s settings, then uploaded images are stored on Amazon S3 as clearly written in the description of this option. URLs generated by Amazon can be long and not very pretty, so they are mapped to shorter URLs based on the same domain used for hosting aggregated review forms (www.cusrev.com).
To let customers upload and save images on your server, please enable “Attach Images” option on “Review Extensions” tab in the plugin’s settings and ask customers upload their pictures directly on pages of your site.
It is recommended to test upload of images because many hosting providers set limits for upload of files that forbid upload of large files.
