We use Buddypress to run our intranet to manage things we are working on.
We have renamed Groups in Buddypress to Projects and we have one of these for each project we are working on.
Ideally when a new Group is created your plugin should automatically create a project linked to the Group and when you go into the Buddypress Group there should be a menu option called “Tasks” which will link to the tasks associated to that Buddypress Group.
When the Member goes to their page their should be a menu option called “My Task” which should show all the tasks for that member.
People should be able to view tasks for other Members unless the task is flagged as private in which case only the owner of the task and Administratrs should be able to see it.
It should also be possible in the Admin area to be able to link already created Groups to your projects. But Buddypress Groups should only be able to be linked to one of your projects.
If this is something you could add we would be willing to pay for the above features if that would help to get it done sooner ??
