Form only shows on page refresh

    I was checking the page you metioned on Chrome, Opera and Firefox and the form loaded at the first time, are you still having the same issue?

    Hi Jorge, thanks for the reply.

    I’ve tried viewing this on chrome on a notebook and an iMac (both OSX if that helps) using Chrome and in both instances the form still doesn’t load for me. It’s fine if I view in Safari though.

    Hope you’re doing well! ??

    I also tried to check this under macOS v.10.14.4 and Chrome v.73 and the form loaded pretty fine in the initial page load.
    Can you please try in an incognito window without any extensions?

    Also, there’s the following option that could disable and assist you on this:

    incognito mode didn’t make any difference but the suggested option under behaviour has done the trick. It is loading now that I switched that on.
