Submissions Store NOT WORKING

    I have this problem and I have NO IDEA why is happening, I am testing this form, with condition fields (registration form for a competition) but I send the form, form information arrives to my email, but in the database does not store the submission, suddently stop storing submission, I need to know HOW TO FIX that, here I let you some images of some settings:

    and here you can see the “ID numbre” I want to reset or modify.
