After installing this plugin, the appearance of the Happy Form contact form has changed completely. Previously it was full width and now there is only half the page.

    Hello @janekher

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for the issue you are facing.

Can you please confirm if you have entered a custom Meta Description on that page and not using a Shortcode to generate it?

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thanks for the quick response.
I really want to use your plug because it promises to be very good but we have to solve this obstacle beforehand.

I have entered a custom metadescription but I am using a shortcode to put a form on the site. I’m working with Elementor, if it matters.

    Hello @rankmath
I have good news. I built the form from scratch, put it on the site, added a meta description and … works! Thanks for the help!

Thank you @rankmath for helping @janekher out with HappyForms! ??

@thethemefoundry, pleasure helping and in an upcoming update the plugin will parse the Shortcodes in the Meta descriptions as well.

The app required an update, for which I received an email saying some features are now paid. I updated the plugin, then immediately got a Wordfence alert saying the plugin was creating serious technical issues for my website.
I logged in but found no issue alert messages anywhere in my dashboard. Anyone know what I should do about the alert?

@jadenemayla Don’t worry about Wordfence alert. This plugin often sees errors where they do not exist. If you want to check if everything works properly on your site, use the health care tool.

    How can I be sure?
How can I turn off the alerts?
    Here is the error:

Which version of wordpress you have?

    The latest one.

Ok. The error message is that the Happy Forms plugin can not display messages in the admin panel. If the form works correctly, you can use it without any worries. Unfortunately, the message will be displayed further. You can also try to change the safety plug and see what effect it will give. I use Shield Security on my website and I have no problems. I once used Wordfence but it turned out to be very emergency and problematic, besides, due to its huge popularity, it is also exposed to frequent attacks.

I’ve removed Wordfence and replaced it with Shield Security. Thanks!
