some help needed!

    Im making interesting project based on WordPress engine - itll be an photography pdf magazine. I need some hacks for it.
    1_ Hack that would let me specify categories which are allowed to see/post only for some level users [ie. category for level 5+ or 2-4].
    2_ Hack that would allow to post picture with post at the same time.
    I`d be glad if somebody could help me with these hacks [if there are hacks like that].
