    Hi,

    Sos! I need help with Prettylinks.

    Two days ago I purchased Pretty Links plugin to use on my WordPress website. After paying, there is a message “Thank you for your purchase. Your license key will be sent to your email.” I never received it. I tried re-setting my password but still nothing! The oddest thing is there seems to be zero customer support! How do you contact those guys??

    Not happy….

    @kmollion I see you emailed us about an hour ago. Please be patient as we work to get to all requests as quickly as possible. I’ve just replied to your email. WordPress moderators do not like paid plugin support handled in the forums here, so please reply to the email if you need further help.
