Installation failure

Hi everybody

I am trying to install wordpress according to the documentation but whenever I open the install-link i get the following message: “The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.”
I tried it in the root as well as in a sub-directory, but its the same.
Is this a known problem or does it mean my wbhoster does not accept wordpress?
