As the title suggests, when a calendar is used as a WooCommerce product, the contact form and ‘Extras’ sections disappear and leave on the date/hour selection. The same calendar embedded on a page works fine. I believe that this is a bug.

    Hello,

This is not a bug, is the correct behavior of Pinpoint Booking System when is used with WooCommerce.

When using Pinpoint extended with WooCommerce you will have to use WooCommerce features as forms, coupons, payment methods and so on.

    Thank you!

If this is the correct behaviour rather than a bug then why is this not documented? Is it not possible to retain the other components like Forms or Extras when using it with WooCommerce in any way?

    Hello,

You can see in our documentation how Pinpoint Booking System is working with WooCommerce – https://pinpoint.world/woocommerce-booking.

You can also see the screenshots and the examples provided there, that Pinpoint is used to select days/hours and to add them to cart. From there, the entire reservation process is made through WooCommerce and you have to use the form from the check-out page, provided by WooCommerce. The Extras fields should appear under your calendar before adding elements into your cart.

    Thank you!
